Hi, I’m Sarah Leggett
I’m a HCPC-registered psychologist passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves. I’m also a mum of three, and I’ve built my practice in a way that allows me to support others while also being present for my family.
My work is grounded in professional training and personal understanding in equal measure. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), EMDR for trauma, and experience in pain management, allowing me to tailor the work to what feels most supportive for you.
I know what it's like to move through difficult periods. To carry something that feels hard to name, let alone explain, and to keep going while something underneath stays unresolved. That lived experience informs how I work far more than I could have anticipated when I started out.
Because of this, I bring warmth, honesty, and genuine respect to every session. There's no single path to feeling better, and no expectation for you to arrive anywhere other than exactly where you are. Therapy with me isn't about fitting a framework, it's about making sense of your experience, at your pace, in a way that actually fits your life.
